     In addition to its own listings, Desman Capital Group is a member of the Pennsylvania Business Brokers Association and other related business brokerage sources which provide proprietary access to information about numerous businesses which are available for sale.

     Rather than attempt to list all such businesses, it is deemed to be more time efficient for the prospective buyer to contact us by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab and providing us with your business prospect Search Criteria, including type, location and your financial requirements for the prospect. Also, information about the buyer’s financial qualifications should be included.

     At no cost, we will search the listings of available businesses and notify the prospective buyer of any potential fits. The buyer would need to sign and return a Confidentiality Agreement before any seller related information can be disclosed.

     A Confidentiality Agreement will be made available to the prospective buyer, by fax, upon receipt of the buyer’s request.

     Sellers seeking the confidential sale of their business need to schedule a meeting by calling us at 412-854-2272 or leaving us a message by just clicking on the “Contact Us” tab above. The initial meeting is typically held at or near the Seller’s facility, outside business hours, and includes a tour of the business operations. There is no cost for the initial Seller meeting.
